Regulation of the Association

1. Members are required to observe proper behavior within the home and legally legitimate, not to cause damage to equipment, furniture and burying members of the joint headquarters.
2. Persons wishing to join the Association must – in order to access – fill out an application for admission by presenting an identity document which involves the issue of membership card with a duration of 365 days from the release (hand-delivered to the holder immediately by a manager or his charge
3. To join the club, membership is absolutely mandatory
4. Admission to Assolocali federated structure will be subject to the Board of Directors, or by its secretariat in charge at their discretion. Furthermore, the Secretariats reserve the right to revoke admission if not borne out the eligibility criteria
5. The access card is strictly personal and not transferable, if it is not performed by a card holder, the management reserves the right to withdraw and consider whether to revoke the same to the rightful owner
6. In order to meet the expenses incurred by the management, the members may pay a voluntary contribution to the amount of which will be paid on account of costs, charges, fees and miscellaneous costs incurred by the Association. This contribution also in the form of installment may be paid in direction at any time during the days and hours of meetings and / or when members participate in any entertainment
7. The member accepts the payment of the fee fixed for the card and is committed to the payment of the above.
8. The contribution may vary according to the requirements of the Executive by notice to the shareholders
9. The contribution is automatically renewed with the renewal of the card
10. The regulation must be respected by all members
11. By resolution dated 09.30.2011 the shareholders’ meeting appoints the board of directors and shareholders in charge of the immediate acceptance of applications for entry by new people
12. The member gives his readiness to provide any services to self-employment as an associate partner (ex Law 383/2000 art. 18) and receive a refund not exceeding € 25.80 per day except for any additional costs. that availability is not mandatory
